Why Redband?

We get asked, why not use the Original Manufacturer? There are many reasons that make Redband stand apart! 

Cost Effective compared to OEM.

Can reverse engineer and produce out of date versions that the OEM does not service.

Fully customizable.

The entire process is done in house, from CAD to weld out, we can fully customize hole patterns, sizes, thicknesses, and add processes not available from the OEM.

Tungsten Carbide Hard Facing

Redband offers a Tungsten Carbide Hard Facing process where a Tungsten Carbide grit is embedded into the molten weld puddle.

This process is typically done on 15-25% of the products and significantly improves the wear resistance.  

The Tungsten Carbide helps to break up the material during operation, making it easier for the non-treated buckets to pick up loosened material, improving the wear resistance on the overall system.
