MATERIAL PROCESSING

Redband Fabrication has a wide range of material processing capabilities including Plasma Cutting, Forming, and Saw Cutting. Whether you have a one off component, require high volume production, or simply can't keep up with demand, Redband is the one stop shop for all your processing needs.

PLASMA CUTTING

Redband is equipped with a High Definition Plasma Table, capable of cutting components 6' x 12' and up to 1" thick. No access to CAD or don't have the correct file format? Redband's team of engineers can model and program any part.

FORMING

Redband is equipped with a 10', 150-Ton Press Brake, ready to handle just about any custom shape needed for your project. Our engineers will work with you to create the correct bend radius and flat patterns necessary to produce a high quality and accurate component. We can form a variety of thicknesses and lengths including 1/4" at 10' long, 3/8" at 6' long, and 1/2" at 30" long.
 

SAW CUTTING

Redband is equipped with a horizontal bandsaw capable of cutting up to 10" tube or pipe with auto cut functions, ensuring quick and accurate cuts every time.
